By installing or using an Impulsive Software app you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the app — that's the end of it.
Our apps are software tools. Ultimate IPTV Player is a media player that plays streams you supply. It does not come with any channels, films, shows, live sport or other content. You must have your own IPTV subscription or M3U playlist from a third-party provider to use it.
Ultimate IPTV Player is not:
Impulsive Software Ltd does not host, transmit, or provide any streaming content on your behalf. The app connects to whatever server address you enter in the sign-in screen.
You are responsible for the content you access through the app. By using it you confirm that:
The app stores your credentials, preferences, favourites and recordings locally. We do not collect, transmit, or access any of this data — see the Privacy Policy for full details.
The app is free to install. Certain features (Recording, Multi-Screen, Global Search, hidden channels, premium themes) are unlocked by a one-time in-app purchase called "Pro". Purchases are handled by Google Play under Google's terms. Refund requests should be made through Google Play's standard refund process.
The app includes a demo mode with sample content produced by Impulsive Software Ltd. Demo content is provided as-is for demonstration purposes only. Availability depends on our servers staying online; we don't guarantee it will always be available.
The app may connect to third-party services if you configure them:
Your use of these services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We can't guarantee it will work with every IPTV provider, on every device, or that streams will play without interruption. Streaming quality depends on your internet connection, your provider's server, and your device — none of which are under our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Impulsive Software Ltd's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the app is limited to what you paid for it (which for the free version is zero, and for Pro is the price you paid on Google Play). We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of subscription access, or content unavailability.
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may update or discontinue the app; if it's removed from Google Play, existing installs will continue to work but may not receive updates. If we materially change these terms, we'll update this page and the effective date above.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of England and Wales.
