Start with the built-in guide
The app includes a full illustrated user guide: open Settings → User guide. It covers signing in, live TV and the programme guide, films and series, favourites, search, recording, parental controls, backups, and setting up ratings and subtitle keys.
Quick answers
- Nothing plays / lists are empty — check your server address, username and password in Account Info, and that your subscription is active with your provider.
- A list shows fewer titles than expected — that's usually your hidden categories doing their job. Un-hide them in Settings → View / Hide Channels.
- Ratings don't appear — add your free OMDb key in Settings → Movie ratings key, and click the activation link in OMDb's email first.
- Reinstalled and lost settings — choose Restore Settings on the sign-in screen to load your backup from Downloads.
A note on content
Ultimate IPTV Player is a player for your own subscription. We can help with the app itself, but we can't help with subscriptions, channels or content — those questions belong with your IPTV provider.
